For many years BHT have worked with the Private Rented Sector to help our clients access accommodation. Recently both central and local government have acknowledged the importance the sector has to play in ensuring everyone has access to a decent home.

BHT have always recognised the role that the Private Rented Sector has to play and we are now moving towards creating enhanced working relationships with Landlords and the private sector generally, to promote best practice, standards and housing opportunities’ thus improving the market for both landlords and tenants.
