Description of service:

First Base is an 'open door' day centre which means that anyone can use the service at certain times without the need of a referral. However, the early morning sessions are for ropugh sleepers only, referred by the Street Services Outreach Team. After 2.00pm the Centre is closed for everyone other than those taking part in various work, learning, training and other activities.
