Legal and Advice

BHT provides a range of specialist legal advice in housing, immigration, welfare benefits and debt at our advice centres in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings.

We employ solicitors and advisors to work on your behalf. Last year almost 10,000 men and women used these services and we achieved international recognition for a case we successfully appealed to the House of Lords on behalf of a young woman seeking asylum.
