Our Advice Centre is based at Community Base, Queens Road, Brighton. Included in the work undertaken at the Centre are:

Housing

including repossession; arrears; housing options; homelessness; accommodation and relocation; mortgage and rent arrears; problem landlords; disrepair; housing benefit

Debt

including multiple debt; gas, electricity and water; credit and store cards; bankruptcies

Welfare Benefits

including entitlement; Disability Living Allowance; Job Seekers Allowance; Income Support

Our Solicitors

The team of specialist housing solicitors at the Brighton Advice Centre undertake the full range of housing-related litigation on behalf of tenants and homeless people, including
