Mental Health Team

The Mental Health Homeless Team is a multi-agency service dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of men and women in Brighton and Hove who are homeless, or insecurely housed, and who are not currently engaged with mainstream mental health services. The team consists of staff employed by the Sussex Partnership Trust, Brighton & Hove Council and BHT.

The team provides outreach to a number of services including First Base Day Centre and Phase One Hostel.
