Portland Road Project

Portland Road Project provides supported accommodation for fourteen clients in two houses in Hove. People who come into the project have experienced mental health problems and are on the Care Programme Approach.

The Project consists of a ‘medium support’ Registered Care Home for nine clients and a semi independent house for five clients. We work in partnership with the PCT and the Mental Health Placement Officer (Housing Options Team) and offer a flexible and individual approach to meet the needs of our clients. The Registered Care Home is regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection with announced and unannounced yearly inspections, further information can be found at www.csci.org.uk
