Our training programme is aligned to our Quality Assurance Policy to ensure staff have the confidence, competence and skills at all levels of the organisation to deliver our strategic quality objectives.
BHT has formal and informal mechanisms for achieving quality assurance which meet the requirements of ISO 9001 (2015) to ensure it meets its quality objectives. This policy is reviewed annually. BHT’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures which are independently audited annually. As part of this accreditation a Quality Assurance Statement has been prepared and is available on request.
