Threshold Intern Passes Probationary Period with Flying Colours

Laura, our Intern on placement with BHT’s Threshold service this week had her Intern probationary review.

For all Interns the first five weeks of their placement is a probationary period where the Interns performance in five key areas are assessed.

The key areas are:

Time keeping, Attendance, Professionalism, Boundaries, Engagement

With Interns being assessed as either unsatisfactory (targets are agreed), satisfactory (meeting the agreed standards) or excellent (significantly exceeding the agreed standards)

Needless to say that Laura passed with flying colours and a clean sweep of ‘excellent’ scores. Well done Laura!
