Job Description

Salary: £29,349 plus on call enhancements (£22 for week nights, £45 for weekends and bank holidays and £100 for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day).  An employers pension contribution of 5.5% (Reviewed annually).

 37 Hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with one 4.30pm finish one day a week

 Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days in the first year increasing by one day each year in service until reaching the maximum entitlement of 30 days.

 As the Deputy Manager you will assist with the day-to-day management of Route One with the Operational Manager and the second Deputy Manager, take responsibility for specified projects in agreement with the Management team and deputise in their absence.

Our Route One project provides accommodation for sixty adults presenting with a range of mental health diagnoses, including: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorder, Depression, OCD, PTSD, those with multiple complex needs and people experiencing the effects of trauma.

The service provides a dynamic, flexible approach to supporting people with mental health and complex needs, incorporating the recovery model, trauma informed care and working within a psychologically informed framework.

The service works closely with primary and secondary health services, statutory and third sector services. Multi-agency support and risk reviews are led by each client’s allocated support worker.

Asset based 1:1 and group work are provided, within a flexible range of 2-8 support hours per week, based on individual need. The overarching aim is to move people on to independent living within two years. The Outcomes Star is the primary tool for measuring change.
