The purpose of the Fulfilling Lives Project, funded by The Big Lottery is to bring about lasting change in how services work with people with multiple and complex needs. The project l operates in Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings and BHT is the lead organisation for the South East Partnership.

With the Service User Engagement Coordinator, the post holder will play a key role in designing and delivering training for, and tailored support to, people with lived experience of multiple and complex needs (MCN) who are employed in the Fulfilling Lives Project as Project Consultants.
The role will focus on supporting staff who are new to employment during key periods of their employment, including completing induction, support to successfully pass the probationary period and providing coaching activities to prepare for moving on to further employment at the end of their contract with Fulfilling Lives. The post holder will also provide support and guidance on maintaining wellbeing in the workplace, including sustaining mental wellbeing and abstinence.
Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
