Job Description

Become a Peer Mentor with Pathfinder Mid-Sussex and Crawley.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pathfinder team at BHT Sussex as we develop our Peer Mentoring service to support and empower those in need. Pathfinder West Sussex is an alliance of organisations working together to enable people with mental health support needs and their carers to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Our service offers a powerful mixture of group support in a range of different areas and 1:1 coaching from a Recovery Worker or Peer Mentor.

Pathfinder understands the value that those with lived experience of mental ill health can bring to a team and are excited to work with Peer Mentors to utilise this further. We can work with you as you embark on this entry level role into the mental health sector, providing you with the opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive environment.

“It helped me on my own recovery journey, I got the opportunity to support others and also learn more ways to support and improve myself.”

Daniel
