Shore House is an innovative and dynamic 24-hour service which provides accommodation and intensive one-to-one and group support to 20 people with complex mental health needs, including substance use.

The service works proactively and flexibly with people to build their skills and confidence, enabling them to move into more independent accommodation within an 18-month timeframe.

We are looking for a reliable and committed individual to provide responsive and flexible support to residents throughout the night, and to ensure that the building is safe and secure.

You will be joining an experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive team, with a range of opportunities for professional development.

Waking Night Workers must remain awake for the duration of the shift.
