Keith Jackson completed the long-distance triathlon in faraway Queensland, Australia, comprising 2.4-mile sea swim, 112-mile cycle and a marathon in a respectable total time of 16 hours and 7 minutes.
Keith is proud to raise funds for a fantastic resource centre that helps those who have fallen through the gaps in our society and who need a little support to get their lives back on an even keel.
We would like to say a huge thank Keith for taking part and supporting us.
