Local Estate Agent Cycling 1,000 Miles for First Base

Paul Bonett, a long time estate agent and supporter of BHT, and friend Jim Stephenson, are taking on an extreme challenge this June to raise money for First Base Day Centre.

The pair will cycle from North Ronaldsay in the Orkney Islands down to Paris via Brighton, over 1000 miles in 20 days. Paul will also play a round of golf or teach Aikido every other day and then cycle the Brighton to Paris leg in under 24 hours!

I love cycling and golf so wanted to combine them to do something epic. I did the Ultimate Brighton to Paris Cycling Challenge last year, but I thought we could do something even bigger and harder this year.

We are so pleased to be backed by the Agents Giving charity which supports Estate Agents across the country to raise money for worthy causes and Rightmove, the national property portal.

We want to encourage people all through the country to take part. Come and cycle with us, play golf with us or practice aikido with us. It’s all for a great cause too which really is the critical thing.
