A variety of knitting classes, guided mediation, jewellery making groups and free massage sessions are on offer as well as general meeting times where women can meet in a safe, supportive, women-only space.

A crèche runs alongside the drop in on Mondays between 10am and 12pm.

Threshold has launched an appeal to raise funds in order to continue running its services. To make a donation please click here or text THRE50£ to 70070.

For more information please contact Mel Barnard on 01273 827001.

The drop in sessions provide an opportunity to try different activities and complimentary therapies with a focus on wellbeing, relaxation and stress management.

The sessions are also an opportunity for women to access additional support around emotional distress and any mental health difficulties, as and when women feel they might need it.
