The Routes journey
There are four steps to the Routes journey:

- Creating a plan – you’ll create a plan of action to identify areas to develop
- Getting ready – you’ll complete activities and learning and have regular progress reviews with your adviser
- Getting out there – you’ll receive support around connecting you with work opportunities
