BHT Sussex is a housing association and a homeless charity. We provide essential services across Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings, as well as elsewhere in Sussex. We see it as our role to both challenge the causes of homelessness, poverty and marginalisation and to deal with the consequences.

BHT Sussex’s Immigration Legal Service has helped hundreds of refugees and asylum seekers with legal support. Many of those we work with are ‘unaccompanied minors’; young people and children who have often endured unimaginable suffering, and who have no adults to look after their welfare when they arrive in the UK.
