It is the policy of BHT to have formal and informal mechanisms for achieving quality assurance. We maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001 (2015), to ensure it meets its quality objectives, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
BHT’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures which are audited annually.
