Our Eastbourne Advice Centre provides specialist legal advice in housing, welfare benefits and debt:
It is based at Braemar House, 28 St Leonards Road, Eastbourne. The entrance is at the rear of the building in the car park opposite number 6 Commercial Road.
Housing: including repossession; arrears; housing options; homelessness; accommodation and relocation; mortgage and rent arrears; problem landlords; disrepair; housing benefit Debt: including multiple debt; gas, electricity and water; credit and store cards; bankruptcies Welfare Benefits: including entitlement; Disability Living Allowance; Job Seekers Allowance; Income SupportFurther Information

Office open times 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to FridayDebt drop-in only run on a Wednesday morning. Welfare benefits run every morning apart from Thursdays and Housing is both morning and afternoon apart form Thursdays.
