Give the gift of a better future this Christmas

No one should be homeless, especially at Christmas.

This Christmas there will be people who have nowhere to call home, who will be on their own, for whom Christmas is not the most wonderful time of the year. Due to Covid-19 the demand for our support has increased dramatically and we are determined to be there for local people in need this winter.

Last year, BHT's Advice Services prevented 927 households from becoming homeless. 

Throughout Covid-19 all BHT projects have continued to provide services and change lives across Sussex. We have played our part to help rough sleepers move into accommodation and we continue to support those new to rough sleeping - between eight and twelve people every week in Brighton and Hove alone. Our dedicated staff teams have quickly adapted to new ways of working because of Covid-19 to maximise the support they can offer to hundreds of vulnerable people at risk of homelessness.
