BHT has been awarded Silver Accreditation from the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to supporting and empowering clients, tenants, staff and volunteers.
Investors in People is a standard for people management, offering accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard that focuses on three key areas: leading, supporting and improving. Within these sit nine performance indicators based on the features of organisations that consistently outperform industry norms. It encourages better leadership and better workplaces.

We put people at the centre of our business, and at the heart of this is creating a psychologically informed work culture and environment where our people can be at their best in work, life and in their health and wellbeing. I would like to thank everyone from our Board and management teams, staff and volunteers for their invaluable commitment and feedback which continues to make BHT an organisation that excels for our clients, tenants and staff.
Areas highlighted in the Investors in People report as particularly strong include BHT’s emphasis on employee wellbeing and support as well as performance, the opportunities to learn and the pride staff felt in working for BHT.
