We are a member of Pathfinder West Sussex, an alliance of organisations working together to enable people with mental health support needs, and their carers, to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Pathfinder West Sussex can offer you free, confidential support if you are struggling with your mental health, including:
- One to one support from a trained Recovery Worker
- Opportunities to meet new people, gain skills and confidence
- A community program of groups and activities
- Support to achieve your goals and aspirations
- Support to navigate mental health services
We value the expertise of people with lived experience of mental health challenges and actively involve them to, design, deliver and monitor our services.
Coronavirus - service update
We continue to operate and offer support via telephone, secure video call and online community video groups. The Pathfinder help desk remains open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. You can leave a message outside of these hours and we will get back to you ASAP.
Our weekly advice and information sessions in libraries across Crawley and Mid Sussex are currently on hold due to the pandemic. We continue to provide a range of virtual and face-to-face groups and activities across the same area aimed at supporting peoples mental health, improving their social contact, and helping them to learn new skills.
We have created a Facebook group for anyone who is worried about their mental health during the pandemic. It is for people to support each other, share worries or advice or just to stay in touch with others. Request membership here.
