East Sussex Floating Support Service updates referral routes
Due to funding cuts, our East Sussex Floating Support Service has implemented new pathways for referring into this service, as well as new eligibility criteria. The East Sussex Floating Support Service provides short-term housing-related floating support across East Sussex for vulnerable people, aged 16+, who require support to live independently.
