To achieve our mission, we aspire to reflect a diverse workforce who can offer a range of skills and perspectives.

We have a thriving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion working group. They review policies, representation, organise Pride attendance, support services on Equality objectives and key initiatives like Disability Confident and our Mental Health at Work Commitment.

Diversity and Inclusion is an integral part of BHT Sussex’s social purpose. We have a longstanding and impressive record of working with the most vulnerable and socially excluded communities in Sussex. We aim to ensure we provide and deliver services across all the communities and individuals we are responsible to as service provider and/or social landlord.
