Pathfinder volunteer Kelvin talks about the importance of lived experience on podcast

One of our dedicated volunteers, Kelvin, who is a Peer Mentor for Pathfinder West Sussex, was recently interviewed on the Focal Plane podcast. He spoke eloquently about his journey from mental health crisis to supporting others.

The conversation explored mental health, recovery, the importance of lived experience and how helping others has become part of Kelvin’s own continuing journey.

We would like to thank Kelvin and all our Peer Mentors for the incredible work they do.

I want to help others through hard times with their mental health, it is very rewarding and helps me be stronger in myself. Working alongside the wonderful Pathfinder team is a pleasure and privilege.
