Mayor of Burgess Hill hosts chosen charities launch event

BHT Sussex have been chosen as one of the Mayor of Burgess Hill’s charities of choice for his mayoral term, alongside St Peter and St James Hospice! To announce his charities, Mayor Stuart Condie hosted a cream tea launch event at Burgess Hill Town Council last Friday. Local mayors honour BHT Sussex volunteers

Volunteers’ Week takes place during the first week of June each year and shines a spotlight onto the millions of people who volunteer across the UK. As part of our celebrations, we co-hosted receptions with the Mayor of Brighton and Hove, and the Mayor of Burgess Hill.
