HR Manager

I have over 20 years experience in HR with a blend of strategic and operational skills gained from different sectors including local government, care sector, industry and education. I have extensive experience in talent and change management, employee relations and employee engagement strategies.

I am passionate about providing a pro-active value added service, providing expertise around best practice and legal frameworks, and adopting a coaching and collaborative style to support key organisational needs.

Lyn Bertolini

HR Advisor

I have been working in HR for around 20 years in the commercial sector. The work that BHT does is inspiring and working for an organisation in whose work and ethos I believe in is very satisfying.

My role is to assist and advise in delivering an efficient, responsive and people-centred HR service to all BHT teams, candidates and volunteers.
