Tenant Satisfaction Measures Report - 2024
An independent satisfaction survey of BHT Sussex residents was conducted in 2024 to collect data on their opinions of BHT Sussex and the services we provide.
The survey was designed using the Tenant Satisfaction Measures from the Regulator of Social Housing.
This report presents an analysis of the results of that survey.
